Pure HVAC & Electrical

Pure HVAC & Electrical Pty Ltd was established in 2024 with a clear focus — delivering high-quality mechanical services on commercial projects across Greater Sydney. Founded by an industry professional who has spent 18 years delivering commercial and industrial projects — both as a construction and project manager and as a licensed mechanical contractor — Pure HVAC & Electrical brings a rare combination of management discipline and hands-on technical expertise to every project.

In a short time we've grown a solid portfolio of completed projects spanning institutional buildings, fast food construction, childcare centres, retail fitouts and government facilities — a testament to our ability to adapt, perform under tight programmes and consistently meet client expectations.

We hold full NSW licences in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical, and we bring a hands-on, contractor mindset to every scope of work — from initial design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
